6 g.smith apples 1 pie crust 1/4c. sugar 1tbsp bwn. sugar cut off top of 4apples off remove inside of each apple w/a spoon dont puncture peel remove skin from 2 apples thinly will make filling mix apple w/cinn-sgr in bowl adj cinn-sugar to taste put apples into hollowapple cut piecrust into1/4 inch strips cover apple w/pie crust strips put apples in8×8 pan. Add water to cover bottom of pan cover w/foil & bake 375f for 20min remove foil bake for 20min or until crust is golden

Belle and Sebastian always hit’s the spot when it comes to a busy/stressful day. Yeah - I had one of those long days. This just seems to ease things up a bit. It’s simple, alternative, shoegazey, and poppy - I love it. I came across this in my library and this is some early early material from the group. It was originally given only 1,000 at limited release in ‘96 by Electric Honey and then reissued in 1999 by Jeepster Records.
